Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of thekeep.space (the “Site”), operated by STACK Acquisitions, LLC (“The Keep,” “we,” “us”). By using the Site, you agree to them.

Communities in development

The Keep communities described on the Site are in development. No community has been built, and none is currently offered for sale. All information on the Site, including locations, suite sizes, layouts, specifications, amenities, clubhouse features, ownership structure, permitted uses, and timing, is preliminary and may change or be withdrawn at any time without notice.

Not an offer

Nothing on the Site is an offer to sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy, any property. No offer will be made, and no reservation, deposit, or purchase agreement will be accepted, in any state or jurisdiction until that jurisdiction's requirements have been met, including any registration or filing required to offer condominium or planned real estate development units. Any purchase will be governed solely by the purchase agreement, public offering statement, and governing documents for that community.

Founding list

Joining the founding list is free and creates no obligation for you or for us. It does not reserve a suite, guarantee availability, or fix any price or term.

Permitted uses

Uses of any suite, including workspace, office, and storage uses, are subject to each community's declaration and governing documents and to local zoning and approvals. Suites are not residential and may not be used for overnight occupancy.

Imagery

Images on the Site are artist's concepts for illustration only. They do not depict an actual community, suite, finish, or amenity, and may show furnishings, vehicles, and upgrades that are not included.

No advice; not an investment

The Site does not provide legal, tax, or financial advice. Suites are offered for owners' own use and enjoyment, not as an investment, and we make no representation about future value. Consult your own advisors.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use information.

Intellectual property

The Site's content, including the name “The Keep,” logos, text, and imagery, belongs to us or our licensors and may not be used without our written permission.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Site is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Site or reliance on its content.
