Privacy Policy

This policy explains how STACK Acquisitions, LLC (“The Keep,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and shares information through thekeep.space (the “Site”).

Information you give us

When you join the founding list or contact us, we collect what you provide: your name, email address, phone number, how you're interested in The Keep, the suite size, timing, and location you're interested in, and any message you send.

Information collected automatically

• How you found us. If you arrive from an advertisement or link, we record the campaign details in that link (such as UTM parameters), the first page you visited, and the referring website, and store them with your submission.
• Meta Pixel. We use the Meta Pixel, provided by Meta Platforms, Inc., to measure the effectiveness of our advertising on Facebook and Instagram. It uses cookies and similar technologies to record pages you view and when you submit our form, and Meta may use this information as described in its own policies. You can manage this in your Facebook ad preferences and opt out of interest-based advertising at optout.aboutads.info.
• Site analytics. We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand aggregate traffic (pages visited, device and browser type, country). It does not use cookies and does not identify you.

How we use information

• To respond to you and send founding-list updates about Keep communities, availability, and pricing.
• To understand which advertising and markets generate interest, and where to build.
• To operate, secure, and improve the Site.

We do not sell or rent your personal information.

Email and consent

We email you only if you consent when you submit the form. Every email includes a way to unsubscribe, and you can also unsubscribe at any time by writing to hello@thekeep.space.

Service providers

We share information only with providers that help us run the Site and communicate with you, and only as needed for them to do so: website hosting and analytics (Vercel), email delivery (Resend), data storage (Supabase), and advertising measurement (Meta).

Retention and your choices

We keep founding-list information while The Keep is in development and selling, or until you ask us to delete it. You can ask to see, correct, or delete your information by writing to hello@thekeep.space. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy law, and we will honor requests as the law requires.

Children

The Site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
